Chocolate museum
Choco-Story Brussels is a private museum in Brussels dedicated to chocolate and cocoa products. The museum was founded in 1998 by Gabrielle Draps and is now managed by her daughter, Peggy Van Lierde. Members of the Draps family have been chocolatiers since the beginning of the 20th century.
Jo Draps founded the chocolate brand Godiva in 1926. The chocolate museum shows films about the production of cocoa and chocolate, and machines used for melting and mixing chocolate and manufacturing chocolates, truffles and ganache. It does not receive subsidies from the government.
