Adinkerke Churchyard Extension is a British military cemetery with World War I victims located in the Belgian village of Adinkerke, a submunicipality of De Panne. The cemetery is part of the Belgian military cemetery of Adinkerke and is located behind the village church. The two beds with the Commonwealth dead together are 222 m2 and are maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. Sixty-seven British people are commemorated, eight of whom come from the British West Indies.

History: The XV Corps was deployed between June and November 1917 between the coast and Saint George. The 1st Canadian Casualty Clearing Station (this is a medical aid station) was located for a short period in June in Adinkerke. From July to November 1917, the 24th and 39th Casualty Clearing Stations were located on the Oosthoek (a hamlet between Adinkerke and Veurne). The dead buried here were almost all from these aid stations. The cemetery was protected as a monument in 2008.
