The Cruysboomkapel or Chapel Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Lourdes in Laag-Eizer is a walkable chapel located at the crossroads of the Ballingstraat and Duisburgsesteenweg. The present chapel is 19th century and is dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes. The frame of the entrance gate is probably 18th century. Above the choir is a tent roof, which looks like a low turret.
