De Sint-Gertrudiskerk is een kerk in de wijk Margote van het Belgische dorp Wichelen. Het is een transeptloze driebeukige kerk. De 48 meter hoge toren is een ingebouwde vierkante voorgeveltoren. De huidige kerk werd in 1873 ingewijd.
