Autoworld
Autoworld is an automuseum located in Brussels, Belgium. The museum, located in the huge south hall of the Jubel Park Palace (Jubelpark), houses an impressive collection of over 300 vehicles, including cars and motorcycles from different eras. It is remarkable for its collections of early and Belgium-produced vehicles, including Minerva's and various limousines of the Belgian royal family. In addition to the permanent collection, Autoworld regularly organises temporary exhibitions that highlight various aspects of car history.
Autoworld is located in a historic building built in 1880 in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Kingdom of Belgium. The building, designed by architect Gédéon Bordiau and also called World Palace, is part of the Cinquantenaire Park complex and was originally built for the World Exhibition of 1888. The structure, characterized by an impressive metal roof construction and large glass parts, served as a venue for fairs and events in the early 20th century, including car shows from 1902.
