The Forest Chapel or the Chapel of Forests is a chapel located in the Gruitroder forest in Gruitrode, which was named after the Our Lady of Rest. The chapel is located on the territory of Oudsbergen on the Geuzenbaan, a historic road named after the passage of William of Orange in 1568. The chapel was founded by the local hiking and hunting association as a resting place for hikers and hunters.
Later, after the construction of the Limburg cycling route network, it also became a resting place for cyclists. This forest chapel is centrally located in the Belgian nature reserve Duinenordel.
