The Old Saint-Agatha Church () is a former church building in the municipality of Sint-Agatha-Berchem, Belgium. It is a simple, natural stone church under saddle roof with a lowered choir. On the façade is a square turret, covered by tent roof.

The church is from 1744, the turret is older. The church was completely restored from 1972-1974 and now serves as a cultural centre.
