Heilig Hartkerk (Cauwerburg)

The Sacred Heart Church is the parish church of the district of Cauwerburg, belonging to the East Flemish town of Temse. The church is located on the Saint Amelberg Avenue 27. In particular, the Boelwerf increased the population of this district.

Although a parish was founded in 1939 in the neighborhood, the church was still in an emergency church. It was not until 1970 that the Sacred Heart Church was built. It was inaugurated in 1973.

It is a simple building with flat roof and a detached open concrete bell tower.
