The Monument aan de Arbeid (French: Monument au Travail), also known as Monument voor de Arbeid, is a monument in the Belgian town of Laeken. It was inaugurated on 12 October 1930 and contains five bronze sculptures by Constantin Meunier (1831-1905), who had started this monument as a project in the 1890s. Architect Mario Knau incorporated this into the final monument.
