The "Our-Lieve-Vrouw-Hemelvaartkerk" (French: Église Notre Dame de l'Assomption) is a church building in the district of Kapelleveld in the Belgian municipality of Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe in the Brussels-Capital Region. The church building is located on Emile Vanderveldelaan 151 (the N226), to the west of the church is Velghesquare. The parish was founded in 1925 for the benefit of the residents of the new garden district. A preliminary church building was built in 1929. The current building was built in 1955 after the design of the architects Henri Taelman and René Coppens. The church building is dedicated to Maria-Tenhemel and is protected as a monument.

Building: The oriented church building consists of a church tower, a ship and a enclosed choir. The tower is placed in the front next to the longitudinal axis and is covered by a tent roof. The church has a remarkable wooden crossroad through Lies Raes.
