R.E. Farm Cemetery is a British military cemetery with World War I victims located in the Belgian village of Wijtschade, a part of Heuvelland. The cemetery is located 2,600 m southwest of the village centre.
It was designed by Wilfred Von Berg and is maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. The cemetery has a rectangular ground plan with an area of 1,359 m2 and is surrounded by a brick wall. A walled path of 35 m, closed with a gate, gives access to the cemetery.
The Cross of Sacrifice is in the northwest corner. 179 deaths are commemorated, 11 of which could not be identified.
