The National Monument of the Second Battle of the Marne is a World War I memorial by Paul Landowski, erected in the Chalmont Plain on the territory of the commune of Oulchy-le-Château, in the department of Aisne, at the exact place where the fate of the second Battle of the Marne was decided in 1918. This monument includes the sculpture Les Phantomes, a monumental linked group also made by French sculptor Paul Landowski (1875-1961).
