Vélodrome Buffalo

The Buffalo Velodrome is a former velodrome stadium located not far from the Porte Maillot de Paris in Neuilly-sur-Seine (France). This velodrome, created at the initiative of Herbert Duncan, was inaugurated in 1893. French novelist and dramatist Tristan Bernard was its director in 1895.
