parc national de la Guadeloupe
Guadeloupe National Park is a French national park located in the department of Guadeloupe in the French Antilles. It was established on 20 February 1989 and aims to protect the hotspot of biodiversity in the Caribbean Islands, thus housing a particularly rich fauna and flora, with a high rate of island endemicism. The territory of the park has also been recognized as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO since 1992 under the name of the archipelago of Guadeloupe. In 2014, the park was labeled as a green list of protected areas at the Sydney World Congress of National Parks.
