The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is a networked project composed of three cultural and tourist facilities. Its ambition is to become the reference and sharing place of the wine and climate culture of Burgundy. The project is spread over three sites in Beaune, Chablis and Mâcon.

History: The project was designed in 2010 by the Bureau interprofessionnel des vins de Bourgogne (BIVB), representative of all the professions of the trade and viticulture in Burgundy. It was launched in 2015, a date consistent with the UNESCO World Heritage ranking of Climates. The City of Beaune is the Master of Work of the City in Beaune, in connection with the BIVB for scenography. The BIVB ensures the complete Master's degree in the construction of the cities in Mâcon and Chablis. In Beaune, Mayor Alain Suguenot sees it as a tourist planning project benefiting the city. Constructions of luxury hotels, restaurants, conference rooms, shows are included in the project.
