The Victoire monument is a Rouennais monument located in Place Carnot in front of the administration of the Seine-Maritime department built in 1925 by the royalist sculptor Maxime Real del Sarte, with the collaboration of Roger de Villiers, commemorating the triumph of France at the end of the First World War.
