The convent of Cordelières (full name: convent of Cordelières of the church of Sainte-Claire at Ourcine-lèz-Saint-Marcel (near Paris)) is a convent founded in 1289 by Gallien de Poix in the suburbs of Saint-Marcel at the gates of Paris at the request of Marguerite de Provence, now extinct. At the site of its enclosure were pierced the rue de Julienne, rue Pascal and rue des Cordelières.
