The most sacred Verlosserkerk () is the parish church of the municipality of Grimbergen, located on the Jozef Van Den Berghestraat.

History: The parish is very old, and was later made its own church by the Berthouts. After the Grimberg Wars (1139-1159), the church became dependent on the parish of Grimbergen, which depended on the Abbey of Grimbergen. A new church was built around 1500. The ship of the present church, built in limestone sandstone, is from 1635 and perhaps older. In 1852, the church was enlarged by remodeling the choir and applying a transept. In 1864, the west side of the church was built with the bell tower, presumably according to the design of Auguste Van Assche.

Building: It is a single brick church building with transept and flat closed choir. The ship was built in limestone. The west façade is equipped with a bell tower with a strong crunching crown frame. The church is situated at an altitude and is surrounded by a walled cemetery.
