Pont de Colombelles

The Colombelles Bridge is a rotating bridge located in the commune of Hérouville-Saint-Clair in the Calvados department and the Normandy region. It is an essential link between the west and east of the Caen agglomeration and spans the Caen Canal to the sea. The current bridge was built in 1958 and, given its old state, will be replaced in 2027 by a new bridge, of the same type, built 40 metres downstream of its current position.
