Fort de Giromagny

Giromagny Fort, briefly called Fort Dorsner, by the name of Empire General Jean Philippe Raymond Dorsner, was built between 1875 and 1879. It is part of the fortifications of eastern France of the Séré de Rivières type. It is an integral part of the Haute Moselle defence curtain and is located in the communes of Auxelles-Bas and Giromagny.
