fort de Seclin
The fort of Seclin, briefly called fort of Duhoux, is a fortification forming part of the stronghold of Lille, located south of the commune of Seclin, located at 42 meters altitude. It is one of the twelve forts constituting the fortified belt of Lille. Built on a former Gallo-Roman site, the fort has kept all its buildings and ditches, despite the many conflicts it has experienced. This makes it the last intact strong of the Lille belt.
