Champ-de-Mars is a public park in Colmar, Alsace, France. It has vast green spaces with in the centre a fountain surmounted by the statue of Admiral Bruat built in 1864 and built by Bartholdi.

Location: It is located in the central district, not far from the Haut-Rhin prefecture. Access is via the avenues of the Republic, Marne, Bruat Street, and Rapp Square.

History: In 1745, outside the city at that time, a public promenade was built on this site. Addition of a garden of pleasure to the south in 1808.

Characteristics: The layout of this park recalls the cross of the Legion of Honour. In the southwestern part of the park is installed a carousel with its closed gallery, unique model in Europe by its size.
