Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Church is a parish Catholic church located in Viarmes, France. It would succeed a chapel dedicated to St Peter, and was built from the end of the 12th century in the primitive Gothic style. This first church, of which only the bedside remains, the north elevation of the nave (inside) and part of the bell tower, was very modest, and apparently not vaulted.
A first overhaul took place in the 14th century, when the north side was rebuilt, as shown by the installation of its windows. However, the arching of warheads is still postponed, probably due to the Hundred Years' War, and it is necessary to wait until the last third of the 15th century to see the vaulting of the north side, then of the nave. It is made in the flamboyant Gothic style.
In the second quarter of the next century, the south side is completely rebuilt in a flamboyant style, with ivy vaults and third-partyed keys, bellows and fly windows, and a rich exterior decoration, unfortunately largely lost.
