Soissons Cathedral

The Basilica-Cathedral Saint-Gervais-et-Saint-Protais de Soissons is a classical Gothic Catholic cathedral located in the French department of Aisne in the Hauts-de-France region, 99 km northeast of Paris. It was erected as a minor basilica on 10 March 1857. It is the only cathedral in the diocese of Soissons, Laon and Saint-Quentin, the former cathedral Notre-Dame de Laon not having the title of cocathedrale. It is part of the parish of Saint-Sixte, entrusted to the Saint-Martin Community since 2011.
