église Sainte-Raffine de Gaujac
Sainte-Raffine Church, or Sainte-Raffine, is a Catholic church located in Frégimont, France. The main patroness of the church is Our Lady of September, that is, of the Nativity of the Virgin. The secondary patron saint is Saint Raffine (or Rafine).
According to Canon Durengues, Saint Raffine had her feast on July 17. There is no text to know who Saint Rafine was. Saint Rafine may be a deformity of Saint Rufine who suffered martyrdom under Diocletian in Seville, with his sister, Saint Juste.
Near the Church of St.Raffine of Gaujac there was the source of St.Raffine, which was the object of a very ancient pilgrimage.
