Castle of Gourdans

Château de Gourdans is a castle located in Gourdans in the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Niost. It is a medieval fortress of the 13th century, formerly surrounded by a triple enclosure, become a gentilhommière in the 17th century. The building was owned by the Barons of Montolivet from 1660 to 1830 and then by the family of Leusse who still resided there in 2017.
