The Notre-Dame-du-Bas church is located in the centre of Ronchamp, in Haute-Saône, in the French region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. It was built in a neo-Gothic style between 1863 and 1864 on the site of an old church.

History: On May 28, 1737, the archbishop of Besançon decreed the construction of a new parish church to replace the Notre-Dame-du-Haut chapel, located at the top of Bourlémont hill and threatening to ruin. It is built in the centre of the village next to the site of the former chapel Saint-Hubert built in 1269 by the seigneury. A new neo-Gothic church was built from 1863 to 1864 at the site of this church, then undersized in comparison with the population increase caused by the Ronchamp coalfields. The church had a cemetery that was transferred to the hill during the reconstruction, remains remain.
