Sainte-Thérèse Chapel is a Catholic church located on the road from Claye to Mitry-Mory, France.
Location: The church is located in the French department of Seine-et-Marne, in the commune of Mitry-Mory, in the Acacias district.
History: The chapel that served the districts of Mory and Acacias before the construction of Saint Thérèse was located in the wooden city, owned by the Northern Railway Company, on the other side of the RER line in relation to the Mitry-Claye station. The chapel of Saint Thérèse was built in 1970/1971 by the brothers Auguste and Gustave Perret in the Acacias district. It is dedicated to Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, canonized in 1925. Raised thanks to donations[desirable ref.], it is built of reinforced concrete for economic reasons, just like Notre-Dame du Raincy church a few years ago. Jacques Ménager, bishop of Meaux, blessed this chapel on October 3, 1971. His parish is the Pôle des banks de l'Ourcq à la Marne CMV.
