The ecomuseum of the Cherry Country is located in Petit Fahys, one of the hamlets of the commune of Fougerolles-Saint-Valbert in Haute-Saône, in eastern France. Installed in an old distillery, it presents through a museography combining exhibitions, film projections, multimedia terminals and sound ambience, daily life in Haute-Saône in the 19th century as well as the techniques of distillation of kirsch, an agricultural activity that became a real industry in the 19th century.
