Saint-Jacques Church is located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Boulevard Bineau. Built in bricks, it was built in 1936-1937 thanks to calls for funds from Cardinal Verdier. Its bell tower is decorated with the IHS trigram in white meaning Iesus Hominum Salvator.
Since 1967, she has depended on the same parish priest as the church of Saint-Pierre de Neuilly-sur-Seine and is part of the dean of the Deux-Rives of the diocese of Nanterre. It is dedicated to Saint James.
