The alignment of the Pillar or alignment of the Breuil de la Herse is a megalithic alignment located in the forest of the Gâvre, in Loire-Atlantique (France), discovered in 1976 and studied only since 2006. To date, about 120 blocks of stone have been identified, located over more than one kilometre in length, so that this is one of the longest alignments in Europe.

Location: The alignment of the Pillar is located in the northern part of the Gâvre forest (north of RD 2 which connects the villages of Vay and Plessé), not far from a crossroads of forest aisles, the crossroads of the Pillar, meeting point of the Aisle of the Malnoës and several others, including the Aisle of the Pillar and the Aisle of the Breuil de la Herse.
