Musée municipal de Sedan

The Sedan Municipal Museum, created by a decision of the municipal council in 1879, opened in 1884, was partially destroyed on 13 May 1940, then opened in the castle in 1978 under the name "Museum of the castle fort". This cultural establishment is a Museum of France according to the law of museums of France of 4 January 2002 (Book IV of the Code du Patrimoine).
