The ferry bridge of Rouen (1899-1940), work of engineer Ferdinand Arnodin was, until 1940, the last work of art to cross the Seine before its estuary. It allowed the crossing of the river by means of a nacelle, about 700 meters from the Boieldieu bridge, at the current Guillaume-le-Conquerant bridge.
