La Ferme aux crocodiles

The Crocodile Farm is a French zoological park dedicated mainly to crocodilians, located in Pierrelatte, Drôme. Created in 1994 by Luc and Eric Fougeirol. It consists of a tropical greenhouse of 8,000 m2 and an external route of 4,000 m2, where twelve of the twenty-three species of crocodilians identified[desirable secondary source] in the world can be observed, but also various squamates, birds and tropical fishes. It is home to four native species of France: the goggles caiman and the green Anaconda, present in Guyana, as well as the cistude d'Europe and the heron ware-beefs, present in metropolitan France[desired secondary source].
