Chapelle Notre-Dame de Bon Voyage de Plounérin

The chapel dates from the 16th century, it is a small building built according to an L plan. In addition to the rectangular room forming chapel, there is an arm of transept whose east side wall is the extension of the wall of the apse, and whose surface is approximately equal to that of the nave. The choir window preserves the memory of a combination of stone shingles, as well as the crowning of the foothills of the transept. A sundial is established on a protruding stone, embedded in the gable of the transept. The oratory, located in front of the western facade of the chapel, probably housed a statue that had disappeared today. A fountain with a pond was once to precede this edicle. The fountain was replaced by a pump backed by a modern wall, and the oratory was surmounted by a small pyramid.
