allées funéraires de Grézac
The funeral alleys of Grézac, also known as tombs of the English, are two megalithic monuments located in the commune of Auradou in the French department of Lot-et-Garonne. Both monuments were excavated by Count J. de Bonnal in 1876, who discovered human bones and teeth and funerary material (perforated bear teeth, a small polished stone axe, a terracotta ring and a fragment of undetermined bronze object).
Between 1952 and 1954, new excavations were undertaken by Mr. Humbert and R. Loubradou.
