The Notre-Dame-de-Lorette chapel, or Notre-Dame de Lorette, is a hermitage consisting of a chapel and a logis troglodytes. The site of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette is located in the commune of Saint-Épain, within the valley of Courtineau, in Indre-et-Loire. Troglodytic structures were built during the 15th century, but the chapel was only mentioned from the 19th century. A site around which a popular legend was forged, the troglodytic structures of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette, especially the chapel, were the subject of annual pilgrimages. The troglodytic structures of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette were recorded on the additional inventory of historical monuments in the 1950s.

Notre-Dame-Lorette is located in the commune of Saint-Épain, city of the department of Indre-et-Loire, in the region of Centre-Val de Loire. The site of the hermitage is located in the heart of the Valley of Courtineau, at the place called La Grange aux Dimes.
