The Lesdiguières Stadium has been a rugby stadium in Grenoble since 1911. With a capacity of 7,634 seats, it is one of the oldest stadiums of the current French Championship and today the training stadium of FC Grenoble Rugby, rugby team at XV of the city. Although it is essentially dedicated to the training of the oval ball, it also hosts the Committee of the Rugby Alps.

He also hosted the matches of Grenoble Foot 38, the city's football team, between the summer of 1998, when the Charles-Berty Stadium closed and February 2008 the inauguration of the new and current Stade des Alpes. Since 2011, it has also been used for certain posters of the Centaures of Grenoble, American football club. The origin of his name comes from François de Bonne de Lesdiguières, lieutenant general of the Dauphiné, who died in 1626.
