The Louis-Michel Stadium is a football stadium located in Sète, France. This chamber was inaugurated in 1986 to replace the venerable Georges-Bayrou stadium. It is originally equipped with a single small stand with 1,200 seats.
The stadium model provided a 15000 seat enclosure, but was never made due to the club's descent. In 2005, the good performances of the local club allowed the stadium to be extended with the establishment of a 4 572 standing position. The Louis-Michel stadium was inaugurated on 13 September 1986 at the French Second Division championship meeting between FC Sète and the Olympique Lyonnais (0 to 0).
This is the venue that hosts SC Sète matches. The name of the stadium was given in tribute to Louis Michel, president of FC Sète from 1952 to 1962, when he died tragically during the French Cup match between Sète and Saint Étienne.
