The Falaise Memorial - The Civils in War is a museum located in Falaise in the department of Calvados, Normandy region and dedicated to the daily life of the civilian population during the Second World War. The project is intended to be symbolic of the destruction suffered by Norman cities during the Battle of Normandy and, uniquely, a tribute to the latter's 20,000 Norman civilian deaths.
