Château de Sancé dit Château Lapalus

The Château Lapalus is located on the municipality of Sance in Saône-et-Loire, at the bottom of the hillside of Grisière. The building and its park were purchased by the municipality in early 2011 for a total of 555,000 euros excluding notary fees. Since that year, the site has been maintained and restored by an extra municipal commission "Les Amis du Château Lapalus". The place does not visit except for the festival of fire in mid-August, a demonstration that gathers the village around the fire that burns the wood accumulated all year round by pruning the trees.
