The Abattis Evrard is a pre-Colombian archaeological site in the commune of Remire-Montjoly, Guyana. It is a set of 17 rock pieces with a regional type of Amerindian prehistoric petroglyphs. Advanced heads and funeral burdens are represented; the gravitated are made by the technique of pike-poli.

Scientific interest: The study of engraving techniques and the comparison of these petrographs with others also found in or near Guyana brought elements that could illuminate ancient local cultures and mythologies. They have also helped to define historical periods of realization marked by the use of different techniques (picked or incised in the rock, polished or not). In 2001, A Gilbert & E Gassies of the French Guiana DRAC believed that the evolution of these engraving techniques seems to lead to the "development of a regional style to which the petroglyphs of the later period would identify".
