Notre-Dame-de-la-Seds Cathedral, also known as Sainte-Marie-de-la-Seds or Sainte-Marie-Majeure, is a Catholic cathedral located in Toulon, Var department. This cathedral was the seat of the diocese of Toulon until its abolition in 1801. It became the seat of the diocese of Fréjus-Toulon on January 12, 1958, on the occasion of the transfer of the episcopal seat of Fréjus to Toulon.

The cathedral is owned by the commune of Toulon as a parish church, the only cathedral of the Var belonging to the State being that of Fréjus, which bore this title during the law of separation of the Church and the State. The present building is of 11th-century Romanesque architecture, renovated in the 17th and 18th centuries, and classified as a historical monument since 1997.
