The chapel Saint-Jean de Marne-Yeuse is one of the five parish churches of Royan, in the department of Charente-Maritime and the diocese of La Rochelle and Saintes. Serving as a place of worship for the inhabitants of the Marne-Yeuse district, it hosts a mass every second Saturday of the month, alternating with Saint-Pierre de Médis. It is part of the pastoral sector of Saint-Hilaire in Pays Royannais, which comprises about ten parishes in the vicinity of Royan.
