chapelle Sainte-Agathe de Langon
Sainte-Agathe Chapel is a building located in Langon, in the French department of Ille-et-Vilaine in Brittany. Built in the fourth century, it is converted into a chapel in the high Middle Ages dedicated to Saint Vener. It is one of the few Gallo-Roman buildings in Brittany.
The chapel was classified as a historical monument by the list of 1840. It is thus one of the first thousand historical monuments classified in France and one of the four located at the time in Ille-et-Vilaine.
