It was founded in 1624 by Pierre-François de Belletour, seigneur of Flumet.
History: The parishioners traditionally go there in procession in times of calamity, especially to demand rain. It was restored successively in 1867, 1926 and 1950 and covered in tavaillons on 19 October 1984. The façade bears the inscription "Saint Anne protect travellers".
