The castle of Ultrera (sometimes francized in Ultrère, Oltrère, in Catalan Ultrera or Oltrera) is a castle, now in ruins, located at the top of a steep rocky spur of the Albère mountains, in the department of the Pyrénées-Orientales. It is located in the commune of Argelès-sur-Mer, but it is historically linked to the commune of Sorede. It is 571 m above sea level.
