About

The Château de Beaumont-le-Richard is a former castle of the 12th or early 13th century, rebuilt in the 17th century, whose remains stand on the territory of the French commune of Englesqueville-la-Percée, in the department of Calvados, in the Normandy region. The castle, of Anglo-Norman architecture, is one of the last examples of seigneurial houses of this time still in elevation. The building is partially protected as historical monuments.
