Château de Chamarande

Chamarande Castle is a French castle located in the commune of Chamarande, in the Essonne department in the Île-de-France region. It is owned by the Essonne department. The 98-hectare park is open to the public all year round and hosts a centre of contemporary art, the main repository of the departmental archives of Essonne, the FDAC91 and a shelter for the "green classes" of schools.
