Château de Lacoste

The Château de Lacoste (formerly and in accordance with etymology, La Coste) is located in the eponymous village, in the department of Vaucluse and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The inhabitants of the village and the region generally call it "the castle of the Marquis de Sade", for it was its last owner, until the time the building was destroyed, during the French Revolution.
